This nifty little thermometer sticks to the outside of our balcony window. For the past few weeks all it has told us is that it is either 0 °C (32 °F) or freezing. I'm totally okay with that. We live in a mild climate and I'm a seasons person anyways so it's easy to find the beauty in every season. Today however as the sleet and snow came down (but didn't settle) I felt this longing for spring in my soul.
I'm done with taking pictures of snow on rooftops. I'm done with my hats, scarfs and mittens. I'm ready for blossoms, flowers, greens and sunshine. My dresses and sandals are calling out my name. Oh yes I'm ready for you, spring.
